Chart Bar outline color doesn't match excel

please observe the export. Specifically, the “-3” value. Outline is orange. Behavior doesn’t match excel.

Please try our latest version/fix: Aspose.Cells for Java v20.9.5:
aspose-cells-20.9.5-java.zip (7.2 MB)

Your issue should be fixed in it.
