How can I make the data label looks like a callout.

Could you attach an example document with this kind of data labels? We will check and let you know.
Also do you use Aspose.Words for .NET or Aspose.Words for Java?
The attached file is the sample data label with call out(Chart 1).
Also is it possible to move a specific data label below the chart (Chart 2)?

@mhore1522, unfortunately, the “callout” data labels are not supported by Aspose.Words yet. It has been logged as WORDSNET-23584. We will keep you informed and let you know once it is resolved.
Regarding your second question, let me check whether this is possible.
@mhore1522, unfortunately, it is not possible at the moment to move data labels via Aspose.Words’ s API.
The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-23584) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 23.6 update also available on NuGet.
