Chart Label Number Format in PowerPoint Presentations Has Recently Failed

I have attached two pptx files, one has gone through the system on Aspose.Slides.NET version 24.4 and is fine, and one on 24.5 which has incorrect rounding on the labels. I checked Version 24.11 first of course and the bug is still there in the latest code.

I have a very complex setup of 10000s of lines of code and I don’t know where the problem is coming in, so unfortunately I can’t give you any code to reproduce this. Hopefully you can track what changes you put in for that release 24.5, and compare the two pptx files attached to see the difference. I am happy to test any fix you might propose if that helps.

In the screenshot you can see the labels are set to 0 decimals, but the chart shows 9.
