Chart Title Color and Chart Series Value are incorrect | Create Chart from Scratch using .NET

Hi,
We have an application which works with Aspose Total DLL’s and we have been using latest Aspose versions.
When we try to create a chart with aspose.words dll, chart serie value is correct when we hovered on but, the graph doesn’t show the right value.

To ensure a timely and accurate response, please attach the following resources here for testing:

  • Your input Word document.
  • Please attach the output Word file that shows the undesired behavior.
  • Please attach the expected output Word file that shows the desired behavior.
  • Please create a standalone console application (source code without compilation errors) that helps us to reproduce your problem on our end and attach it here for testing.

As soon as you get these pieces of information ready, we will start investigation into your issue and provide you more information. Thanks for your cooperation.

PS: To attach these resources, please zip and upload them.

Hi,
We determined that the charts series graphical values are not about Aspose DLL’s. So we can pass that error.

We would like to change the color of title and every chart series color if it’s possible.

Here is a zip file which includes input, expected output and undesired output word files.
Input_and_Outputs.zip (59.0 KB)

And here is standalone console application: https://easyupload.io/z33try

Thanks.

Unfortunately, we do not have access to the shared link. Please ZIP and attach your .cs file in this thread.

Hi,
Here is the standalone console application.
Thanks.

@zelihaserbez

You are facing the correct behavior of Aspose.Words. You are using value ‘33748’ in your code and it is shown when you hovered on chart.

Unfortunately, these features are not available in Aspose.Words at the moment. We have logged these issues as WORDSNET-12640 and WORDSNET-21824 in our issue tracking system. You will be notified via this forum thread once these features are available. We apologize for your inconvenience.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-12640) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 21.6 update and this Aspose.Words for Java 21.6 update.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-21824) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 23.10 update also available on NuGet.
