Color mismatch

Hi,

While converting attached VSD into PDF, I see following color mismatch observations :

1) Background of ‘Plan’, ‘Analyze’, and ‘Track and Manage’ boxes is gray in source file, but it has become black in output.

2) Two-color background wherever present, doesn’t quite match between input and output.

3) ‘To Achieve’ arrow in the center has got ‘Text’ out of nowhere in output.

Thanks,
Rajiv

Attaching one more sample to illustrate the same color mismatch issues …

4) Enhancing Drawings : Rectangle shape color has changed from light gray to very dark gray. Its border has also changed from gray to brown. (Not necessary to file a separate bug for this, may be you can attach this sample in issue #1 bug too.)

Thanks,
Rajiv
Hi Rajiv,

Thank you for your inquiry. We're working over your query and will get back to you soon.

Hi Rajiv,

Thank you being patient. We managed to replicate these issues as follows:

File Name: Project Management Diagram.vsd
DIAGRAMJAVA-50066 - VSD to PDF conversion, shadow of shapes is black instead of gray
DIAGRAMJAVA-50067 - VSD to PDF conversion, the word “text” is added in the shape’s text
DIAGRAMJAVA-50068 - VSD to PDF conversion, horizontal gradient fill instead of center

File Name: Enhancing Drawings.vsd
DIAGRAMJAVA-50069 - VSD to PDF conversion, shape color has been changed

It looks a separate issue to me, because it is about shape fill and border color. The issue #1 is about the shadow color of shapes. Second, border color is not gray, it is brown and changed to dark brown color. We have logged it separately.

Your request has also been linked to these issues. We’ll keep you informed regarding any available updates. We’re sorry for the inconvenience you faced.
