Compact Framework Performance

I am using an HTC touch pro 2. I took a photo of a Code 39 barcode and had it process it. It takes 32 seconds for it to return the result. I changed the camera to take a black and white photo and it was able to increase the speed to 30 seconds.

Is this the expected speed? Or is there a way to make it run faster?

Hi Daryl,

From the specifics of ticket id BARCODENET-10440, please note that it takes about 27 seconds on the Windows CE Emulator and Aspose.BarCode.Compact.2.0.dll. There is no way to make the process faster due to slow processor. So this is expected behavior. We advise to use a newer device.
