Compare documents using Aspose.Words for .NET generates incorrect revisions

Just wanted to add that I am having a very similar issue. Find attached two documents, one compared using Word and one using Aspose Words for .NET. The Aspose version has nearly 1000 less revisions in the review pane. This comparison functionality working is the deciding factor for a fairly large license order so it would be time critical to hear some news on a potential fix.

Was wondering if there was any update on this? We’re on the cusp of choosing what platform to go with and this is a critical decision point in what license we purchase.

Thanks

Where could I find the contact information for your sales team? I’d like to escalate this issue beyond this forum.

@tahir.manzoor

This is for a license agreement which has not been made yet. This issue being resolved dictates whether we go ahead with purchasing the license, so the post agreement support links are not applicable.

The reason I asked for a sales handler is because the sale is dependent on this being fixed, and is not something we can move forward knowing exists.
