Is there any way to compare two docs, and show the difference, show the result in the main word, if the words has been deleted,tag red, if the words are new, tag green.

The differences after comparison are represented using revisions, just like after comparing documents using MS Word. Appearance of revisions are configured in the consumer application. These options are not stored in the file, so they are out of Aspose.Words control.
