Complete sample of a .aspx in C#

Hello,

I am looking for a sample of a .net webpage in C# where an existing fillable pdf could be loaded with data and displayed.

ie. An existing fillable pdf name Supplier.pdf with two text_fields as txtSupplierName and txtSupplierAddress and 1 checkbox chkCountry.

Please point me the way with ASPOSE could do.
