Conditionally Export report elements to Excel

I am investigating whether this tool will address an issue we have with reporting services exports. Will Aspose.Cells for Reporting Services allow me to conditionally export a report element to an Excel spreadsheet? For example, by default, the report wizard puts the report name in a text box at the top of the report. I'd like to be able to export to excel the body of the report, but not the text box at the top. Will this tool do that?
