Connector rule endpoints still coming back null

Continuation of the thread here: Connector rule endpoint coming back null

We saw the fix in 23.12 that attempts to address this issue. We have tested the fix and, while it does fix the original diagram we provided, we are still getting some null connections in our diagram processing for other diagrams. Unlike before, there does not seem to be a consistency on which ones will fail; sometimes it is the starting point, sometimes the end, and a mix of different connecting faces. I will use a more complex diagram to provide more data points.
