Content loss concerning IWarningCallback

Good Morning!


I have implemented the IWarningCallback interface and am getting DataLoss warning types when I load the document. More specifically these messages:

Theme Data is not supported
Colors Schema Mapping is not supported.
Data store is not supported.

My source document type is an RTF. When I see these errors, or any of the other WarningTypes, how can I be assured that I’m not losing crucial data in the loading/conversion process?

Thanks for your inquiry. Aspose.Words should preserve content of Word document during processing. Could you please attach your input RTF document and output Word document showing the undesired behavior here for testing? We will investigate the issue on our end and provide you more information.
