Conversion issues from PDF to image

We are a current Aspose.Pdf customer and using version 10.9.0 with .Net Framework. We are having issues converting some of our PDFs to images. In one of the PDFs some elements on a graph didn’t convert properly and in the other we got font & text spacing issue. We downloaded Aspose.PDF 20.3.0 version with a trial license key hoping that it would resolve the issue for us, but the same issue exist in the latest version too. It would be great if you can take a look at our PDFs and tell us why they don’t convert properly. If you can help us fix the issues with these 2 PDFs, we would be willing to upgrade to the latest version of Aspose.PDF.

@yjindal

Thanks for using our API.

Would you kindly share your PDF files with us along with the code snippet that you are using to convert them into images. We will test the scenario in our environment and address it accordingly.

Actually we need you to sign an NDA before I can share the PDF with you. Will that okay if I send it to your personal email address?

@yjindal

We would like to share with you that we do not sign an NDA separately as related clauses are already part of EULA of the Aspose APIs. Furthermore, we assure you that only Aspose Staff has access to your files and they are removed from the system after investigation is complete. You can send us your files privately in a private message. Please click on username and press Blue Message button to send a private message.

@yjindal

We have tested the scenario with both PDF documents that you have shared. We were able to replicate the issue in “Hidrovias ***.pdf” which was about graph text. The other issue regarding spaces between character was not reproduced with Aspose.PDF for .NET 20.3 and an output image has been shared with you in private message.

We have logged the replicated issue as PDFNET-47888 in our issue tracking system. We will further look into its details and keep you posted with the status of its rectification. Please be patient and spare us some time.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.
