We were able to notice that API (Aspose.PDF for .NET 19.10) was throwing System.ArgumentException Exception while converting your PDF document into PDF/A-2B. Hence, we have logged an issue as PDFNET-47177 in our issue tracking system. We will further look into details of the issue and keep you posted with the status of its correction. The issues you have found earlier (filed as PDFNET-47177) have been fixed in Aspose.PDF for .NET 23.7.
