@yehuda.alon,

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-15790) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 17.10 update and this Aspose.Words for Java 17.10 update.

The document now comes out non-blank, but the Hebrew characters come out garbled on the output Pdf.

Thanks for your patience. Our product team is investigating the issue and even we are getting garble output with MS Word. It seems this document is read depending on system locale. Please share your expected output PDF document and also resave your RTF document in MS Word and share it again. It will help us to investigate and address your issue exactly.

Please find proper output as exported by MS Word 2016.

@yehuda.alon

Thanks for sharing the updated document. But I am afraid the text is still not appearing correctly at our end due to missing font. We will appreciate if you please also share the RTL font used in your source document.

The fonts mentioned in the document are ‘Arial’ and ‘Times New Roman’.
There is another font named ‘Logo GALOR Eng’, but I do not have it either.
