Convert dwg and dwf files into images using Aspose API for Java

Hello,


I want to convert dwg and dwf (Autocad) files into Images using Aspose API for Java.
I can see that Aspose.CAD for .Net is available. But I don’t see it for Java.

Could you please tell me when you launch Aspose.CAD for java ?

How can I convert dwg and dwf (Autocad) files into Images ?

Hi Jignesh,

CAD related features were part of Aspose.Imaging API and now we are releasing CAD related features as a separate API i.e. Aspose.CAD. At present, we are working on Aspose.CAD for .NET release and it will be published in this week. Next step will be Aspose.CAD for Java.

Aspose.CAD for Java will be released soon. We will update you as soon as it is released. In the meantime, you can use Aspose.Imaging for Java to work with CAD formats.

Adding more to my previous reply, DWF is not supported by Aspose.Imaging for Java also. This feature will be part of Aspose.CAD for Java once the issue CAD-107 is fixed.

Aspose.CAD for Java is available which works with DWG & DXF formats.

First version of Aspose.CAD for Java is available at Downloads. We will announce it officially within this week.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as ) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for JasperReports 18.3 update.
