Need to check support for converting html to pdf in Java. Html file would also contain attachments as well. Is this feasible with Aspose.pdf ?

You can convert an HTML document to PDF with Aspose.Words and Aspose.Pdf for Java APIs. In order to evaluate these APIs, you can get a 30 day temporary license from the purchase portal and its option is available in step 5.
