The release notes of the API are used to be published before the API is released over NuGet. We are in process to launch latest version and it will soon be available for download within this week. As shared earlier, we will surely notify you as soon as it is launched.
The issues you have found earlier (filed as PDFNET-43320) have been fixed in Aspose.PDF for .NET 20.4.
