Convert pptx to pdf - doesnt'convert caracter

Hi,
i use aspose to convert a PPTX to PDF on unix system.
The result pdf doesn’t convert ARIAL BLACK char of PPTX.

The fc-list result is:

Would you please share which API you are using and also, please share your sample source and output files so that we can test the scenario in our environment and address it accordingly.
