Is it possible to convert SharePoint 2010 list item history into pdf via workflow when one of the column's status changes.

Thanks for your inquiry. I am afraid your requested feature is not supported in Aspose.Pdf for SharePoint. We have logged a new feature request in PDFSHP-33395 issue tracking system for further investigation and resolution.
