Convert Word & PDF Files to ODT RTF XPS HTML TXT & many other Formats using Aspose.Words C# .NET | Unsupported File Format Exception

I am using the later version of Aspose.Words yet I get the similar error for both .docx and pdf. Can you please kindly let us know how to resolve this ?

Thanks for your inquiry. What Aspose APIs are you getting these problems with (e.g. Aspose.Words, Aspose.PDF)? Could you please attach your input/output Word/Pdf documents and code here for testing? We will investigate the issue on our end and provide you more information.
