Converter.ConvertHTML does not release memory

When running the Converter.ConvertHTML multiple times to create an images from HTML memory is not released ending up with a lot of allocated memory.

We have tested the scenario in our environment using 23.7 version of the API and could not notice the issue about memory. Can you please try using the latest version of the API and let us know in case you still notice any issues.
