I need a library that can convert RTF, HTML and XHTML to PDF. The files being converted will be in Arabic. Does Aspose.Words currently support this? I was noting other threads in the forums stating issues with Arabic, but nothing about this specific situation.

Thanks for your request. There can be some problems with Arabic text, because Aspose.Words does not support RTL upon rendering/converting to PDF. Unfortunately, currently there is no way to work this problem around. Most likely this feature will be supported somewhere in the second half of this year. But currently I cannot promise you any exact date. You will be notified as soon as it is supported.

Any update on this please? Also Thai diacritics seems unsupported, is this the same problem?

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-1980) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
