Converting Arabic docx to pdf turns arabic chars to boxes

Hi, I’m using a trial version of Aspose.Words to convert docx to pdf, however in my machine everything works well, Arabic text converted with no issue, then I uploaded the library to be used in app hosted by Microsoft servers, the result of converting turns the Arabic text to boxes. Also I tried again with embedding the fonts into the word document, but same issue. Please Help

Please note that Aspose.Words requires TrueType fonts when rendering document to fixed-page formats (JPEG, PNG, PDF or XPS). You need to install fonts that are used in your document on the machine where you are converting documents to PDF. Please refer to the following articles:
