Hi,
I’m working with a docx file wherein when we convert it to PDF, one of the hyperlinks is getting modified and thus fail. The hyperlink is getting updated with the local path of the docx being added to it. Here are the before and after values:
file:///\nlanfs12a\Data\Advocatuur\Rotterdam\WWZ\overzicht\TAP 2014-6, 267.pdf
file:///{filepath where the docx was saved}\nlanfs12a\Data\Advocatuur\Rotterdam\WWZ\overzicht\TAP 2014-6, 267.pdf
We need to know why this is happening and how we can stop it. We want to keep the hyperlinks kept as is after conversion.
I’ve searched around here and found some info regarding converting hyperlinks to static text. We need however the hyperlinks retained as I’ve mentioned. Also, I noticed that the document also has other very similar hyperlinks that are left unmodified.
I’ve attached here a simplified version of that file here for reference. It has two links, one is OK which retains its value after conversion. The next one is the one that has the issue.
Please see the Doc xToPdfHyperlinks.docx/pdf files.
I believe were using version 13.9.0.0. Conversion of the documents using the Save method and specifying the SaveFormat.

Hi Tahir,
Please see the docx attached to this post. That document has two hyperlinks. One has the issue in question. The other one is left unmodified. The unmodified link is what we want to achive.
