Converting MS Office docs to PDF

Hi, looking for a definitive answer on whether the current family of Aspose products can convert Office documents (doc, xls, and ppt) to PDF format. I’ve seen several posts that indicate this functionality is coming soon, but all look to be a bit older. We are looking for a product that will convert Office docs without needing to install Office on the server and it looks like this one will do that, but I need to confirm.

If so, do I need just the Pdf product or do I also need the Words, Cells, and Slides product? If all, do they talk and work together nicely? Can I open a word doc and output it as PDF (again, without installing Office on the server)?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

Thanks for your inquiry.

I am a representative of Aspose.Cells for .NET team and would like to tell you that Aspose.Cells for .NET supports to convert Excel Spreadsheets (XLS,XLSX and other Excel formats etc.) to PDF with maximum accuracy and sameness, see the topic here:
http://www.aspose.com/documentation/.net-components/aspose.cells-for-.net/converting-to-pdf-files.html Also, you will need Aspose.Words for Doc-to-PDF, Aspose.Slides for Ppt-to-PDF products for your need.

Furthermore, All Aspose products do not require Microsoft Office to be installed (either on client or server) in order for them to run or work. Aspose components are totally independent and are not affiliated with, nor authorized, sponsored, or otherwise approved by Microsoft Corporation.
See the topic:

My fellow colleagues from other products would help you soon here.

Thank you.
