Converting PDF to word fails

I am converting 2000 PDFs to word. The exact same PDF forms and for 2 of them, ASPOSE throws an error
java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot read field “lj” because the return value of “com.aspose.pdf.internal.l100y.lI.lj(int)” is null

I unfortunately can’t share any files for you to reproduce. And I tried to create a sample file to reproduce the problem, but as soon as I add a space to the last block of text of the document, the size of the doc increase by 40k and the PDF to WORD works perfectly.

Any options or ideas?

It may be possible that the issue is related to missing fonts in your system and when you add space or modify the document, it gets resaved with updated fonts (present in the system). We are afraid that we can’t really say much about the issue without reproducing it in our environment. If possible please try to share some sample file so that we can further proceed accordingly.
