Converting specific pdf document to tiff fails

The conversion of attached pdf produces tiff file with invalid content.
Aspose version 9.4.0

The code I use:

Resolution resolution = new Resolution(300);
TiffSettings tiffSettings = new TiffSettings();
tiffSettings.Compression = CompressionType.CCITT4;
tiffSettings.Depth = ColorDepth.Format1bpp;
tiffSettings.Shape = Aspose.Pdf.Devices.ShapeType.None;
tiffSettings.SkipBlankPages = false;
var tiffDevice = new TiffDevice(resolution, tiffSettings);

Aspose.Pdf.Document pdfDocument = new Aspose.Pdf.Document(“test.pdf”);
tiffDevice.Process(pdfDocument, “output.tif”);

Hi,

Thanks for your patience.

I am afraid due to complexity of earlier reported issue, its not yet resolved and its fix is not included in recent release of Aspose.Pdf for .NET 10.1.0. However I have requested the latest status/ETA from development team. As soon as we have some further updates, we will let you know.

We are sorry for this delay and inconvenience.

Hi,

I’ve noticed that v 10.3 is released. Should I expect that my problem is fixed?
Unfortunately I have more complains from customers which seems to be the same issue so I’m really looking forward to see it fixed.

Hello,

I’ve tested this issue with current version 11.2 and it still not fixed. Could you please give me some info about status of this bug?

Hi,

Thanks for your patience.

The team had a plan to resolve the issue in earlier release versions but I am afraid due to some other high priority issues and complexity of this problem, its not yet resolved. However the product team has further analyzed the issue and have shared an ETA of Aspose.Pdf for .NET 11.6.0, which is planned to release in May-2016. As soon as we have some further updates, we will let you know.

We are sorry for this delay and inconvenience.

So now we’ve got version 11.7 and the bug still exists which means another broken promise from you side…

Hi,

First of all please accept our sincere apologies for this delay and inconvenience.

The product team initially had a plan to get earlier reported issue fixed in Aspose.Pdf for .NET 11.6.0 but due to some technical limitations and other high priority/critical issues, the team could not get this problem resolved. However I have again shared your concerns with product team and have asked them to share the latest ETA regarding its resolution.

As soon as we have some further updates, we will let you know.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as PDFNET-37311) have been fixed in Aspose.PDF for .NET 23.6.
