We are using Aspose.Words for .Net version 13.8.0.0.
We have an issue with the attached file with a diagram, the "box" around the names do not appear in the pdf file.
It is specially visible in the "white" boxes.

I have tested the scenario and have managed to reproduce the following issues at my side.
WORDSNET-10009 : Docx to Pdf conversion issue with SmartArt text (The text inside text boxes is truncated in output Pdf file)
WORDSNET-10010 : Docx to Pdf conversion issue with SmartArt Shape’s border (The shapes border does not render correctly)

I have attached the output Pdf file with this post for your kind reference. Could you please share your output PDF file which shows the undesired behavior?
The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-10009) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.
