Convertion Docx to Pdf

Hi,
I am having a problem to convert a docx file to pdf. When I try to convert an image, it gets distorted. My boss allowed me to upgrade the version of aspose only if this problem is fixed. I need an urgent position on this issue. The document and the image distorted is attached.

Grateful

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello Awais,
I bought the support Priority aspose because I need this fix urgently. I wonder what the status of this fix. I am not able to open a priority forum. How should I proceed?

Thanks

Hi Douglas,

Thanks for your inquiry. Your issue currently has a normal priority and is unfortunately not resolved yet. Our development team is currently doing analysis of this issue. We will inform you as soon as this issue is resolved. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Secondly, I don't see a "Priority Support" badge associated with your account "douglas.reis@siteware.com.br". Could you please use the "Priority Support" account of your company and post your query in Aspose.Priority Forum to be able to raise the priority of this issue.

Best regards,

Hello Awais, actually I checked here, I thought that when updated the license Aspose the “Priority Support” was included, but now that I have seen to buy Priority Support. I need a term for this fix because I am in urgent need of it and if this period is over I’ll have to check out other ways to get around it.

Thanks
