Copying and pasting across cells with similar validation throws error

I am using GridWeb control. I have set the property 'Custom' of cells to "#,##0". The validation object (Aspose.Cells.GridWeb.Validation) that I am associating with the cells has its 'RegEx' property set to @"^\d*\.{0,1}\d+$". Now, while loading the grid, I am setting values of some cells with values like 1,344. But when I am copying this value and pasting (using ctrl+C, ctrl+V) to another cell with similar formatting, it is throwing a validation error.

Can you please suggest a solution to handle it?
