Thanks for your questions and using Aspose.Cells for Java.
It is Aspose policy that you cannot download the versions which are older than 1 year. However, I have attached the java documentation (java docs) of the older version for your needs.
Please create any directory and place it any where on your hard drive. Unarchive the java docs file there and configure your Eclipse project class/lib paths (i.e javadoc location path) as shown in the screenshot below.

I am unable to resolve this issue.
The javadocs works partially with Eclipse. Sometimes they work and other times, you have to focus using F2 and open them in a Browser.
