Could not create a Paid support ticket

now I get one step further but still cannot create a support ticket.

Now the message is:
Your subscription has been expired, kindly renew your subscription.

When i click on the link next to it:
Sorry you do not have any orders available for renewal…

Please repair as soon as possible.

Sorry for the delay. As per our record, you have used all of your quota in paid support helpdesk and you need to renew your subscription to log more ticket.
