The problem is only happen in Production environment: Windows 2008 R2, ASP.NET

Until or unless we have tested the scenario, we might not be able to figure out the actual reasons of this problem. Can you please share some details regarding the approach that you are using to generate the PDF ? We are sorry for this inconvenience.
