Can I create a language template for the OCR to read, for example you do not support Hebrew, is there a way to teach the API to read heabrew by adding fonts file, letters image, word dictionary and other files that create a Hebrew reading template ?

This is to update you that the feature that you are looking for is not supported. However a feature request has been created into our system with ID OCRNET-1383 to check the feasibility of the request, and to bring it on our road map of Aspose.OCR API. Please spare us little time to properly analyze the feature request on our end. In the meanwhile, we will keep you posted with updates in this regard.
The issues you have found earlier (filed as ) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for JasperReports 18.3 update.
