Is it possible to create a Project from scratch an save it to a mpp file?

Aspose.Tasks can create project from scratch that can be saved as XML. However if you want to save the output to MPP file, you must use an empty template MPP file and then save it as MPP after processing. Creating an MPP file from scratch is not supported yet.
