Create O365 In-Place Archive Mailbox

Hi,
I see API to move emails to In-Place Archive mailbox. Reference

But not all users may have In-Place Archive mailbox enabled. Is there an API to enable In-Place Archive mailbox, if one does not exists for an user?

I found the microsoft does provide a provide a powershell API to enable archive mailbox. Does Aspose APIs have similar support?

Aspose.Email does not provide APIs for enabling In-Place Archive mailboxes or other email system configuration tasks.
Enabling In-Place Archive mailboxes in Microsoft Exchange or Office 365 generally requires administrative privileges and is typically performed using PowerShell commands or the Exchange Admin Center.
