Does the Aspose.Pdf for Reporting Services have the capability of creating a PDF that will populate with some information stored in a database SQL Server, and have some fields/textboxes that can edited and saved to the client’s computer? Some of the editable fields will be textboxes, and some will be check boxes. Please see the attached document. The Member Name and Date of Birth will be populated from the database, and the rest of the fields need to be editable. The second sheet will contain mostly check boxes. After the client fills out the PDF, they will save the PDF to their computer. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
