Create tagged pdf's using sybase powerbuilder 11.5

Hi,

Can I use Aspose.pdf with PowerBuilder 11.5? I need to create tagged pdf’s using Aspose.pdf.
Will this kit support creation of tagged pdf’s?

Thanks for the quick response. The other part of the question is unanswered. Can we generate tags in pdf’s for accessibility features using Aspose.pdf? Can you please share some sample codes?
