Creating a document rather than loading a document

There’s nothing in the samples/documentation and I’ve only managed to find one thread on the subject, but can Aspose.Word CREATE a document without first loading a document from disk/stream?

Currently the way to go is create a blank document in MS Word and open it in Aspose.Word.

This is a technical issue related to the fact that Word documents contain some data that Aspose.Word does not parse yet, just reads and passes it on.
