Is it possible to create blank signature blocks in an existing pdf document? If so, could you direct me to the proper classes and methods to use, or an example. Thank you.

If you are interested in creating blank signature blocks and then fill these blocks with signatures later, then I would like to inform you that we have already logged this requirement as PDFKITNET-11443 in our issue tracking system. In fact, this feature is currently not supported. However, we’ll try to introduce this feature is our future versions. If you want to add anything more regarding this requirement then please do let us know.
