Creating PDF Form

I am new to Aspose PDF and wondering what is the best way to create a PDF form then use Aspose PDF to fill this form with data.

Is there a GUI thst comes with Aspose PDF that allows you to create forms?

What and how do you use XML templetes?

Aspose.Pdf for .NET comes as an API and it can be used in any application based on .NET Framework and I am afraid we do not offer any GUI to create/manipulate PDF forms.
