Css conflict when creating HTML from word file using com.aspose.words.SaveFormat.HTML_FIXED

Hi,

We purchased license a couple of weeks ago to convert several formats into HTML.We are using com.aspose.words.SaveFormat.HTML_FIXED to convert word file to HTML we also use another css file for pop-ups on the selection on HTML file. Now , due to the css generated by aspose.word , these pop-ups are not shown properly . Can you explain this to us on urgent basis.

  • Please attach your input documents which you are converting to HtmlFixed format.
  • Please

    create a standalone/runnable simple application that demonstrates the code (Aspose.Words code) you used to generate
    your output document

  • Please attach the output HTML file that shows the undesired behavior.
  • Please attach the pop-ups documents that shows the undesired behavior.
  • Please attach the pop-ups documents that shows the desired behavior.
  • Please save the final output document to HTML (Saveformat.HTML) and check the same scenario and share your findings here for reference.

Unfortunately,
it is difficult to say what the problem is without the Document(s) and
simplified application. We need your Document(s) and simple project to
reproduce the problem. As soon as you get these pieces of information to
us we’ll start our investigation into your issue.
