Can I add new custom menu to a new created word document? and also user should be able to see this menu and save the document back to the server.
Will aspose support this functionality?

Thank you for your interest in Aspose.Words. Custom menus are stored in the document as VBA projects. There is no way to insert VBA projects or macros into a document using Aspose.Words.
However, I think, you can create a template, which contains this custom menu and use this template to build documents using Aspose.Words. The next version of Aspose.Words, which comes out today or tomorrow, will fully support preserving macros and toolbars customizations of documents during processing.
