Customize EAN13 Barcode

Hello,

Please let me check whether we can generate customize EAN13 barcode for paid version.
For example: First 3 digits - 101 or 102 (If it is desktop it will be 101,If it is laptop it will be 102)
Next 4 digits- YearMonth( For January 2015 product,it will be 1501)
Next 5 digits- Serail Number(00001,00002,00003 etc)
Last CheckSumDigit (Between 1-9)

Please let me know whether is it possible to generate customizable EAN13 barcode for paid version.
