Hi Tea,

we are getting below error, can you let us know what is the issue behind it ?

DataSourceException: ASPOSE Service Exception : System.CalloutException: Unable to tunnel through proxy. Proxy returns “HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable”

@centris.aspose Could you please clarify which Aspose product do you use and how to reproduce the problem? We will check the issue and provide you more information.

we are using pdf merge to merge our .docx documents to pdf. we are getting this issue intermittently and clients have been reporting.

Before that, another issue is showing: ‘System.CalloutException: Read timed out.’ On our side, we are using Aspose v4, and the file size is 52 KB.
