Debug page displays when open an existing excel files

Hi all,

When I open an existed excel file the error pop-up will display for the debug (please see attachment). I have tried to re-install the client tool but the problem still exists. The client tool works fine if i just open the Excel application.My client tool's version is v1.2.0.0. Please help. Thanks a lot.

Please try new version.

Is your excel excel 2003 version?

If yes ,please update to SP3.

If no ,please tell us excel version.

If the question persists, please feedback.

Thanks for the help, but the problem still presists.

Yes, I am using Office 2003 but already updated to SP3.

Let me try to explain more details about the issue. It works fine before, I tried to open an excel file and it pops up a add-in message and said "Aspose.Cells.Reportingservices.Client add in couldn't be found" and asked me to remove the addin or not yesterday. I choosed the Remove option from the popup. After that, I re-installed the client tool and it seems fine.

The debug message wont be display if I open an Excel application only but it will popup when I try to open an Excel file.
