your demo does not work.

You should get a fresh PC and try and run your demo, it seems to be missing a resources file and after reading on here i downloaded one but could not get any further with that.
I was trying to test your product but if i cannot even download and run a trial i guess there is not much hope for your product.
Your competitors product trial downloaded and ran without an issue.

Maybe you can fix it for your next customer

First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

I have evaluated your presented scenario on my end, and was unable to experience any problem on Windows XP & Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Now I am moving forward to setup Windows 8 in order assess what could have gone wrong on your end. It would be of great help in identifying the problem cause if you could provide us the error details or possibly a screenshot of it.

Please note, the Aspose Examples Dashboard require resources such as product assemblies and sample files etc. in order to function as required. In case of Aspose.OCR for .NET examples, the dashboard requires additional language resources that are shipped in an archive (zip) of 89,193 KB. It is possible that the download may have got interrupted due to which the downloaded archive is damaged/incomplete. Such issue can easily be fixed by deleting the Resource folder present on the following location, and restart the dashboard. It will detect the missing file(s) and therefore re-initiate the download process.

I have attached a sample application (C#) along with referenced libraries and a sample image for your testing. Please download the project, and give it a try at your end. You only have to download the Aspose.OCR for .NET resource archive from this link (in case Examples Dashboard fails to download it) and set the path in the project accordingly. Please note, Aspose.OCR for .NET API can only recognize 50 characters from an image in evaluation mode, that is without setting a valid license. If you would like an evaluation license to test without any restrictions for 30 days, please follow the directions provided here.
