Changing the demo tasks or adding a new task to the task list makes no change in the number of occurences listed. The only way I can get the occurences to change is by deleting tasks. Should I be getting different results?

Please note that evaluation only generates occurrences in a limited time range, I think it is from Jan 1 2000 to Jun 30 2000. Therefore if you try to add patterns outside of this range you get no change in the number of occurrences - that’s evaluation limitation.
Otherwise I hope you see paging control at the bottom of the grid.
