Is it possible, that after a document has already been mail merged, to parse the document back and retrieve it’s merge field values?
MergeFields filled with data are actually removed and substituted with this data. Inserted data becomes the ordinary part of the document. To find the data that was merged you need to mark the mergefileds in the template somehow, for example bookmark them.
